KTextEditor::Application + KTextEditor::MainWindow

Hi,

for tighter integration of the KTextEditor::Editor with the application, the application can
now instanciate a KTextEditor::Application object and pass it to the editor.

This will allow the editor to query information about the current state of the application
and KTextEditor::Plugin objects to be loaded by the hosting application.

Could you take a look if the interface is suitable for KDevelop, too, both for 
editor integration and simple plugin sharing?

Example how to just: Just look like it is done in kateapp.cpp and katemainwindow.cpp.
