Description

This certainly doesn't solve all the size/alignment problems the completion widget has, but it's an improvement. The reasoning behind right-aligning the text is that when you scroll down and it's left-aligned, it will jump a lot, making it much harder to look for a specific item (most commonly, a function with a specific return type).
