Review Request 115196: New declarative based assistant

Hello,

I like the design of the screenshots.

Not entirely off-topic because it is also related to the design: It
reminded me of a question that often appeared in the back of my mind: Is it
somehow possible to change the assistant such that I can still change my
mind for some time after it appeared? The following happens quite
frequently:

1. I edit a method definition.
2. The assistant suggesting to automatically adjust the method declaration
appears.
3. My focus is elsewhere and I do something else first automatically.
4. The assistant disappears because I moved the cursor too far and I'm
somewhat annoyed.

I suppose such a change might involve having a backlog of assistant
suggestions.

Without knowing the code I guess this could be quite a bit of work. So
perhaps it's just something to keep in the back of one's mind if the code
is touched anyway at some point.
