Integrated Development Environment. It's unlikely that anybody
involved with KPatience will read your email here.
Without knowing what the policy of the games developers is, I suspect
you may be more successful with reaching out to the KDE games mailing
list (https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-games-devel) or by
posting on http://bugs.kde.org/. Perhaps somebody has even brought up
the topic before.
