yeah the performance can be ignored here.

I just checked, and found this locally:

$prefix/lib/kde4/plugins/grantlee/0.4/something.so

afaik, $prefix/lib is by default the plugin-install-dir, so doing something like this would imo be good:

$prefix/lib/plugins/kdevplatform/$version/foo.so
$prefix/lib/plugins/kdevplatform/$version/kcm/kcm_foo.so

eventually we can reorder this at will.
