I'd say fix the date on Wednesday (20th of November).

Besides that, I personally would prefer the earlier of the current two dates, 
because then the work we'll get done is done one months earlier. We are not 
really in a hurry, but in the KF5 transition (at least for Kate), I imagine 
this could make a difference.
