Releasing 4.5.2 and 4.6?

I'm branching off 4.6 right now. I think a first beta release today is 
unrealistic though. So I propose this changed schedule:

02.11.2013 - feature & string freeze, 4.6 is branched off
09.11.2013 - first beta release
23.11.2013 - second beta release
07.12.2013 - final release of 4.6.0

Thus, please concentrate on 4.6 now! Fix as many bugs as possible. Do not (if 
not really required) add new string changes or features.
