kdevelop crashes at each new session

Btw build with CMAKE.
It is very annoying that after changing configuration kdevelop with
_already_ configured directory implicitly spawns cmake , dont ask for
that, and it does this _without_ specified in such configured directory
previously cmake arguments.

This causes for me that I _rarely_ change configuration in kdevelop and
in most cases I build different configurations at console terminal.
