Description

Since I have a hook stored at /home/<username>/.git/, all projects under my home directory would return true for the first check.

Testing
-------

1. Create a ~/.git folder if it doesn't exist
1. Load an SVN project and right click on the project folder
2. Load a Git project and right click on the project folder

Before this patch, 1 and 2 would offer a Git sub menu, after this patch only 2 will show the sub menu.
