Done now. Any quasi-maintained plugins that I missed?

- I'm not a kdev-ruby maintainer, could someone add me? I want to create a new 
1.5 branch from commit f801c80f733bf98b0e453460752f070cde067c17 and push it to 
origin

- same for python with commit 84df392e614b52a5b5e5088a1df6663009be3815

Use projects.kde.org for your subproject, then go to settings -> members -> 
add me (Milian Wolff) as project manager.
