Announce as single runner mode

This makes it possible to:
- Bind a global shortcuts to list KDevelop sessions with KRunner (from System Settings > Shortcuts)
- (soon) List KDevelop sessions in Homerun

It works better with KDevelop master branch which has the latest code to list sessions, but I think this code is safe to go in stable and would benefit users who take care to name their sessions.
