4.6.0 release announcement

Hey all!

Sven and I started with the 4.6.0 release blurp on the wiki:

Please contribute! I hope to announce this release either tomorrow or on 
Monday. Also many thanks to Vlas for sending me some text (and screenshot) for 
the GDB improvements - well done!

All: Some screenshots for the new release would be cool as well. Please create 
them, upload them to some image bin and add links to them to the wiki. I'll 
pick&choose some of them then for inclusion. The others we can put on our 
websites screenshot section!
