Yes. I think we need to find a better replacment for me in the release 
department. Who wants to step up? I'll then walk him/her through the required 
steps to create a new release (i.e. 4.5 Beta 1 by example).

I am sorry but the upcoming semester doesn't look less busy for me :( So its 
really more than about time to fix this.
