Building the latest trunk under openSuSE 12.1 and 12.2

I've seen that one. You have a CMakeCache.txt that predates kasten 2. You
need to remove the offending entries in that file, or just remove it and
rerun cmake since there's obviously a lot that has changed. Probably
related to your previous problems too...
