Fwd: kdev-python stable release

[Sven Brauch]

I did not do an official string freeze, but no strings were changed
for at least a few weeks. Also, the amount of strings to be translated
is very small.

I'll create a package and have it uploaded today in the evening, and
tell you when it's done. Thanks!
