KDevelop Bug #309253 - tracked down cause of this regression

Hi,

just wanted to note this is the second regression introduced by
re-ordering stuff in core/coreprivate, so maybe someone should check
what other re-orderings happened during the sprint. That stuff is
unfortunately rather touchy to reorderings, so either its needs to be
made less fragile or it should be avoided to reorder things.
