icon-border breakpoints regression

Hi,

I don't manage to track down this problem:

- on my system it's broken with KDE 4.9.2 and kdevelop 4.4 branch +
kdevelop master branch (no custom kate build)
- on another system with KDE 4.9.2 and kdevelop 4.4 it works
- on another system with KDE 4.9.2 and kdevelop 4.3.90 it works

I tried with a clean config.

Please help me tracking down this issue...
