Kdevelop for console application development - a few questions

I've looked into this thing again, and there is only one part which
may be run in the user-defined shell, which is kdevelop_attach, and
seems to work fine even with plain "sh". For the remaining part bash
is enforced. That means, if you get a "command not found" message,
then it probably simply means that some specific required tool is
missing. If so, please simply add the name of the tool into the
checked list at kdevplatform_shell_environment.sh:59, to produce a
nicer error message.
