Hi.
I hope it will be useful

Working as is patch for KDevelop on WIN64 with mingw64:

compiling kdevelop and kdevplatform on mingw64 (long long casts,
sizeof(long)==4 on mingw64 != sizeof(intptr_t) )
Code review crash fix
Git plugin path patch
GDB plugin patch ( new code with NamedPipe for win32 and gdb tty-inferior)
