Move custom-buildsystem to kdevelop?

Hi,

I'm thinking about moving the custom-buildsystem plugin to kdevelop, this
has the benefit that its kept in sync with the API changes in kdevplatform
(current master for kdev-custombuildsystem does not build with current
master of kdevplatform), its easier to find for the users and is often a
more useful alternative than the custom makefile plugin.

This is for KDevelop 4.5, I'll soon to a tag+release of the plugin for
KDevelop 4.4 and adjust the master branch to work again against
kdevplatform/master.

Thoughts? Objections? Should I go through a reviewboard review with this or
just setup a two-weeks timeframe for review like is done for including
standard apps into kde modules?
