KDevelop 4.3 final TODO

Fixed. I've also fixed some other view- and working-set related stuff,
so we need some significant testing-time now.

Also, to me, there are 2 more showstoppers:
1. It still happens that sometimes toolview-buttons appear pushed
after startup, but the toolview isn't really raised. I then need to
"close and reopen" the toolview to see it. Unfortunately I couldn't
reproduce this yet.
2. CMake support still doesn't work as it did before on all of my
machines. It doesn't properly recognize targets. For example, when I
right-click "kdevplatform->language" in the treeview, I don't get the
"build" and "install" actions offered. Does this work for the others?
