Let's end the formatting mess

Yep, uncrustify will be required, but it's a very "light" dependency,
because it's small and has no dependencies by itself. It's also in most
modern distros.

I think I will create a formatting-assistant, which time by time checks
what you've written, and in case, offers you to fix the formatting.
