Thats why they're still open. Someone needs to sit down and check wether
they still apply by following whatever instructions are in it. If
they're not sufficient or its not reproduceable, close it. If the
component does not exist any more in KDev4 close the bug as well - IMO.

For some components bugs still apply (the gdb-code is not that different
from kdev3).
