There should be a posibility to change "outdated time for cleanup" without restarting KDevelop. You can read it from config when needed instead of storing.

Also please display absolute paths in cleanup dialog, like Kate does - when there are many "CMakeLists.txt" files being closed, one cannot distinguish between them.
