Icon border broken with KDE 4.6.0?

The context menu actually allowed to change that already, so IMHO once
that is back there's no need for another customization option anywhere.
In fact the first thing _I_ always did in KDevelop is open the context
menu and change the default marker from Bookmark to Breakpoint :)
