Compatibility Issues with KDevelop-PG-Qt

Hey Jonathan,

KDevelop-PG-Qt is apparently not compilable on Windows as I was just notified 
by Patrick:

Furthermore Patrick told me that the usage of isatty (apparently introduced by 
Andreas - what is it for?) is an issue as well.

@Jonathan: Could you try to make KDevelop-PG-Qt cross platform?
