After talking with Albert again, it looks like it's a big pain for them to
have an Experimental folder in the extragear repository. I just added a link
in our KDevelop page [1] telling the users that go there to jump to our
playground if they want to investigate about the plugins under development.

I'll fill a bug request to sysadmin to move these projects to playground
now.
