Changes to CodeCompletionWorker regarding multithreading

All the plugins we ship (or develop) outside of KDevelop/KDevplatform, e.g. 
PHP, PHP-Docs, Custom Buildsystem. Then there is a multitude of plugins that 
are still under developement but have "somewhat working version", e.g. QMake, 
Quanta, Valgrind, Python, ... which all still compile and work wiht 4.1 if you 
pick the right branch afair.
