Release Announcement Required for 4.2!

Hey all,

I just remembered that we desperatly need a release announcement to put on 
dot.kde.org!

Could someone start that? I think http://milianw.de/blog/kdevelop-42-beta-1-
released is a good start, esp. the new features in there.
