Is it a shared hosting with amarok/konversation on a real machine or vps?  
Do we have a root access there?
I mean, not being able to easily make changes was one of the downsides of  
our existing setup.

The one on rimu is quite underpowered and rimu don't like long-running  
jobs. I'll check up with linode.
