ToolView behaviour

Hello,

recently I have notitced a strange behaviour with toolviews. When I try to 
resize one, it is automactlly resized and it is too small; the problem is that 
there is no way to enlarge it and I have to restart kdevelop.
I'm using kdevelop master (compiled this morining) and it is like I can always 
reproduce it.
