Where does our astyle lib come from?

updated version in master now, includes a fix to the lib to allow reuse of the
class (the lib author has a "strange" coding style to say the least)...
please test and report regressions. I'll add more support for more new
features tomorrow I hope, but at least stroustrup + horstmann bracket styles
(not formatting styles) are supported now.
