KDev is missing some syntax information

On kdev 4.02:

Steps:

try to include <boost/thread.hpp>

typing boost::thread does not show uses, and kdev instructs me to include
boost/thread/detail/thread.hpp or create a forward declaration

This is a bug (i.e. should I file a bug)?
