code tooltips

Hey,
I've noticed recently that sometimes when I hover any code (cmake or c++)
there are some tooltips that doesn't appear, the code browser is updated
accordingly when shown, but no tooltip otherwise. Sometimes there's just
some grey area without anything.
Does anybody know if that area changed? I remember some merges but I'm not
sure whether it's its fault or something else.

This is happening both in 4.1 and master.
