Tweak ProjectManagerViewPlugin's ContextMenu

  Attached is a patch that updates the ContextMenu in 
projectmanagerviewplugin.cpp to do the following:

(1) Show only Actions that apply to *all* selected items
(2) Don't show remove action for targets or targets' subfiles

Point (1) should just make sense... I think.
Point (2) makes sense because remove never worked for them anyway, and 
it should actually be "Remove Target" and "Remove From Target" respectively.

Unless there are any objections I'll push this in ~6 hours.
