Compile fixes (strict iterators + no deprecated kutils)

No time to review but without looking I'd say they are fine. Will do so later.

anyways what I wanted to say: you should use kdevplatform/kdevelop master 
instead of movingranges. The latter was merged into the former and was 
abandoned, hence you won't have a lot of bug fixes etc. pp.
