+1 for after 4.1 which should happen before 4 weeks.

I'm - as the only current Quanta dev - vote for one big KDev* repo, as I know 
that many plugins e.g. can and should and will be shared. I'm actually 
thinking of pushing the CSS lang plugin somewhere so it can be released before 
Quanta... As well as the XDebug stuff. I know I should have done that earlier 
but well - I didn#t have the time I fear :(
