No, It's not dead, its just "branched". All KDevelop4 info is on the 
"wiki" branch.
I will port the info to the "main" branch only once the info is stable.
Now that the repository question is stable, I might strat doing that.
But before I do it I want to wait a bit more to see if the "wiki" branch 
needs/gets fixes. :)
