ADL merged

Following the stacktrace you posted I've removed the extra ADL in 
OverloadResolver::resolveConstructor. 

I have no idea how to update the merge request now that it's closed, so here's 
the quick patch on kdevelop. As a note, this should be applied even without 
the performance problem.
