how to translate dirty/pending/clean breakpoint?

For me dirty and clean are much more clear, plus, these are common terms.

Saying "async" may lead to confusion with breakpoing type ("oh, here
is an asynchronous breakpoint.. hmm, what could that mean?"), and
dirty and clean is read as breakpoint state (not type, kind or
property) with quite common meaning.
