kdevelop-pg-qt moved to gitorious.org

Hi,

as requested I've moved kdevelop-pg-qt to gitorious.org. I've also
replaced the content in svn with a README explaining where to find it
now.

@Jonathan: Unless you did so already, please create a gitorious.org
account and ask kde-sysadmins to add you to the kde-developers group.
And let me know your gitorious.org username (via PM) so I can add you to
the kdevelop-developers group and as admin for the kdevelop-pg-qt repo
too.
