Committed the DTD and SGML parsers. Tested DTD on svg10.dtd , docbookx.dtd and html loose and strict.dtd. Tested HTML on yahoo and other big sites. SGML and DTD does not have all the builders yet, but shows syntax errors etc. Sorry no completion yet, but that is the reason for completing the DTD parser. Let me know if you have problems with it.
