KDevelop Move to Git started

Hi,

just a short notice that the svn directories in trunk/extragear/sdk for
kdevelop, kdevplatform, quanta and kdevelop-plugins are now read-only.
I'll be starting another rsync to fetch the latest changes and then the
conversion process. I'll need to re-check what to setup on
gitorious.org, but I hope that everything is done by tomorrow evening.
