External tools in KDevelop 4?

Hello all,

Is there a way in KDevelop 4 to run external tools on files and directories
(and have their output parsed for file names / line numbers), like it was
in KDevelop 3?

I usually check my files with cppcheck or zend code analyzer, and
running them directly by right-clicking a file or directory was really handy
in KDevelop 3.
