Giving up maintainership of svn plugin

Hi,

I can't further maintain the svn plugin, I'm not using svn at all these
days and hence I have no way of what problems come up on everyday usage.

I'll be going through the existing bugreports and will fix as many as I
can for the 4.0 release, but afterwards I won't work on it anymore. 

Of course I'll happily help anybody else getting into the codebase.
