Quanta is not ready yet either. Did you intended to do first releases of the
other plugins, like XDebug etc. pp?
I think I've let their cmake files intact so that they can be build standalone,
hence releasing them separately would be possible.

I didn't want to do that just now to make sure we can easily release new
versions of the two plugins. Otoh merging them like the other plugins would be
possible as well and then create the tarballs from the subdirs.
The question is of course how to merge both, the 1.0 and the master branch.
Imo we should let it as-is and wait for a proper first quanta release, or?
