Unless Milian introduces dependencies into these plugins that are only
supplied by Quanta, then yes they'll still work in kdevelop. All of the
plugins are essentially kdevplatform-plugins, i.e. they require
kdevplatform only. The actual application (kdevelop or quanta) just
supplies some basic main-code to get kdevplatform initialized and started.
