Duplicated entries in code completion

hm I could never reproduce that so far... but your screenshot "proves" it.

To the unaware people: Quanta's XML plugin and apparently Cpp as well, shows 
each entry exactly twice in the code completion. The models are correct, I 
checked again and again. I've added calls to reset(), aboutToReset() etc. pp. 
to no avail.

Anyone an idea on what that might be? I saw in GDB that the items are twice in 
KateCompletionModel::m_ungrouped->filtered , question is: how did they get 
there :)
