But even if you don't switch master to David's changes, please test them with 
4.5 branch kate part.

Otherwise I want to hear no complaints about errors in the implementation, 
after 4.5.0 is released, which then only can be fixed in 4.5.x.

Btw., just implemented Davids wanted extension for backwards translation and 
-1 for fromRevision.
