Artistic Comment

Hi folks!

I want to announce my new KTextEditor-plugin. It is called "Artistic Comment" 
because it is used to format license-headers and other source-code-comments in 
an "artistic" way. There are different styles available and you can modify 
them or create new styles, which will be stored in a config-file.
Maybe somebody wants to give it a try. Feedback and ideas are very welcome.
(in fact I have a small todo-list for it: add tooltips, add a shortcut for the 
last style and show the "truncate"-flag in the UI). In future parts of the 
code may be used for license-headers in KDevelop/KAppTemplate. How do you 
think about it?

And for those who have not understood my idea, you have this text:
Hello, I'm Joe!
Then you invoke Artistic Comment and when you select the right style, you will 
get this formatted comment:
/*******************************
 *   Hello, I'm Joe!               *
 *******************************/
It's a simple plugin making life sometimes easier...
